We accept returns for change of mind, size changes, and style changes in exchange for a store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
SALE ITEMS:
All items in our SALE section are final sale—they will not be restocked and cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the date you placed your order to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled
- With all tags and hygiene liner attached
- Free from odours, including perfumes
If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your own expense.
